The Cwtch package is for those that feel they need a little bit of support with issues like split nights or early wakes, but they don't need the follow up calls.

This package includes a review of a sleep diary obtained over the period of 5-7 days. We would then discuss wake windows, schedules and any trends seen in the sleep diary.

If after this package there is an underlying issue, a follow up package can be booked with a discounted price.

The Bach package is for those that are looking for support to overcome one or two obstacles; such as, split nights, early waking or even night weaning.

An individual plan is provided with support over a further two weeks. Support is provided via email or WhatsApp with a phone call/zoom call taking place a week or two after your initial consultation to discuss things further.

The Blodyn package is aimed at families who may need a little bit more support in comparison to the Bach package. This could be involving new caregivers, moving away from bedsharing, moving to a cot or independent sleep alongside split nights and early wakings.

As more support is required in this package, the support will take place over 4-5 weeks. A further two calls will be arranged to see how things are going and if any further adjustments are needed.

The Cariad package is a more in depth package helping you identify the root cause to things such as excessive wakings, reflux, allergies, discomfort and other causes that could be impacting sleep.

This package will likely require feeding videos of milk (formula or breast milk) and solids (if applicable). You may also be required to provide photos or videos of any oral ties.

The support on this package lasts 6-8 weeks, this will include messages over email or WhatsApp and a call every 2 weeks, but this can be sooner if needed.
